Petals Kids Wakad is our flagship branch in PCMC and serves families across Wakad, Kaspate Vasti, Shankar Kalat Nagar, Datta Mandir Road, Tata Capital Heights and the Wakad Bridge area. This is the only Petals Kids centre that combines all three of our service lines: preschool (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG), daycare for children aged 4 months to 13 years and dedicated music and dance classes for ages 4 to 14 years.

Hinjewadi IT shifts begin between 8 AM and 11 AM and end between 6 PM and 9 PM. Our Wakad daycare opens at 8 AM and stays open till 8 PM on weekdays so parents working at Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Persistent and the dozens of other Hinjewadi employers can drop off before their commute and pick up after office without breaking their schedule.

Our Wakad branch has a full sports arena with synthetic turf grass. A trained sports teacher runs structured physical activity sessions covering balance, coordination, team play and individual fitness. Children get sustained outdoor time even during Pune monsoon months when many other preschools cancel outdoor play.
Montessori Lab
The Wakad Montessori lab is stocked with sensory materials, puzzles, activity cards, puppets, bead-stringing kits and tactile learning aids. Children learn early concepts through touch and experimentation rather than worksheets alone.
Infant Cradle Room
A dedicated, quiet, temperature-controlled infant cradle room accepts babies from 4 months. Each infant has an assigned caregiver who handles feeding, nappy changes and nap routines. Parents receive a daily feed and nap log.
Podium and Audio-Visual Room
The podium and AV room is where children learn public speaking, drama, storytelling and presentation. Stage fear is addressed early through short performances in front of peers, gradually scaling up to larger audiences during the annual day and festivals.
Bright Classrooms and Science Lab
Classrooms at Wakad are designed for visual stimulation with age-appropriate displays. The science lab introduces children to hands-on experiments in floating, mixing, growing and observing, building curiosity from the Nursery level upward.

All four preschool programmes (Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG) are run from the Wakad branch. Daycare at Wakad
Daycare at Wakad runs 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. Children get two structured meals, two snack breaks, dedicated nap time, supervised study or activity periods and outdoor play. Pickup windows align with Hinjewadi shift change patterns.
Music and Dance Classes at Wakad
Music and dance classes operate from the Wakad branch only and serve children aged 4 to 14 years. Group sizes are kept small, trained instructors lead each batch and end-of-term recitals are held in our podium area. Children from neighbouring localities (Hinjewadi, Punawale, Tathawade) also enrol for music and dance only.
