Dr. Archana Khosla started Petals Kids Preschool and Daycare with a clear conviction: the early years deserve serious thinking, careful design and warm-hearted execution. Two decades into the work, that conviction has shaped a network of 10 centres across Pune and PCMC and thousands of children whose first years of learning happened in her classrooms.
Dr. Archana Khosla is a Doctor (in Ayurvedic Medicine) by profession and an Educationist by passion. She is the favorite of every child at Petals Kids, and is patient by nature.

- Curriculum Design and Updates
Archana leads the Petals Kids curriculum team. The Outcome-Based Activity Curriculum is reviewed every academic year against early childhood research, parent feedback and observations from our centre heads. New activities, new books, new role-play themes and new festival-linked projects are added each year to keep the programme fresh.
- Teacher Training and Quality Audits
Every new teacher at Petals Kids goes through an induction led by Archana and her team. Existing teachers refresh skills each term. Centre heads submit monthly observation logs that Archana reviews. This is how we keep quality consistent across our Wakad, Balewadi, Ravet, Mahalunge, NIBM, Salunke Vihar and Kondhwa branches.
- Parent Voice and Feedback Loop
Parents at Petals Kids are not anonymous customers. Centre heads collect feedback continuously and escalate trends to Archana. Adjustments to schedules, communication formats, meal plans, or parent meeting cadence happen based on what parents actually need.

Aashna Khosla is a Symbiosis University Graduate in Psychology & Business Studies, with an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Autism Management. She is a 2 times Awardee Clinical Child Psychologist by profession, specializing in Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

Aashna has been in the Child Psychology field for more than 7+ years, having learnt under stalwarts, began her education journey by teaching our little Petalites itself, and hence understands the root of the very system.
